With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Dave has been a licensed Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster since 2004, handling over 15,000 residential and commercial losses across more than 20 states. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of claims, including those caused by hurricanes, hail, theft, water damage, mold, fire, and more.

In 2016, Dave transitioned to the role of Public Adjuster, dedicating his expertise to advocating for policyholders. As the founder of Bay Area Public Adjusters, he embarked on a new chapter—ensuring homeowners and business owners receive the fair and accurate settlements they deserve under their insurance policies.

With extensive knowledge in both insurance and construction, Dave is uniquely qualified to guide clients through the entire claims process, from initial assessment to final resolution. Born into a family of contractors, Jennifer was immersed in the world of construction from an early age. Growing up, she gained invaluable exposure to property development, experiencing a wide range of construction projects across various sectors. This foundation sparked her interest in real estate investment, prompting her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in business at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), with a focus on real estate law, finance, investment, and development. Leveraging both her academic background and hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jennifer embarked on her career as an independent investor. She spent decades managing all aspects of property development—from market analysis and acquisitions to physical repairs and upgrades—as a sole proprietor.
In 2015, an unexpected event—a rental property fire caused by a tenant—led Jennifer down an entirely new path. She navigated the complexities of the insurance claim process, diving deep into logistics, policy provisions, and claims management. This experience ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in public adjusting, where she now helps others navigate the intricacies of insurance claims.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a passionate animal lover and embraces the Hawaiian concept of “Kahu” — an honored caretaker, guardian, and protector. She carries the essence of “Kahu” in both her personal and professional endeavors, embodying integrity, dedication, and a deep commitment to caring for those she serves.

Travis Opgenorth is a retired Youth Minister from Minessota. In 2007 he started his career in the insurance industry. Bryce Nargi – PA

Born in Naples, Italy, in 1987, Bryce immigrated to the United States at the age of five, settling along the Eastern Seaboard and calling the Washington, D.C., area home.

His academic journey began in Information Technology, but an unexpected opportunity shifted his path when he was recruited by the U.S. government to work on IT and cybersecurity projects for the Department of Defense (DOD). For seven years, he served the government and the American people, honing my skills in problem-solving, communication, and technology optimization. In 2013, he transitioned to the Prince William County School District in Virginia, overseeing technology operations for district schools. After five years, his desire to return to the government sector led him back to the DOD in Charleston, South Carolina, where he optimized network security again. While the experience was invaluable, he soon realized his calling involved direct engagement with people, rather than being confined to a desk.

In 2020, he relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he was introduced to public adjusting through Bay Area Public Adjusters. The profession immediately resonated with him—the opportunity to advocate for policyholders and defend their rights against insurance companies became his new passion. After completing his apprenticeship, he earned his public adjuster’s license and has since dedicated himself to mastering the craft. For the past four years, he has fought tirelessly to ensure policyholders receive the fair compensation they deserve. As a public adjuster, he takes pride in being a voice for those navigating the complex and often overwhelming insurance industry.
